Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and to the following Canadian provinces and territories: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. Shipping is always free.

Tracking your packages

Tracking for recent orders is on your My Orders page. It can take up to 10 business days from the date of payment for tracking to appear. Tracking is not available for gift cards valued under $250.

"Ships By" dates

Auctions with a "Ships By" date offer pre-sale items that are not yet ready to ship. The date is our estimate of when the item leaves the warehouse, and items usually arrive within 10 business days of it.

Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it. If the item does not match its description, we replace it free of charge. If you think there is a problem with your order, contact support.

Damaged items

We replace damaged or defective items at no cost to you. Let our support team know within 7 days of receiving the item and we will get you sorted.
