Is PCH Deals legit?

How do auctions work?

Every auction starts at $0.00 with no reserve. Each bid raises the price by one cent and resets the clock to 9 seconds. When the clock runs out, the last bidder wins and pays the final auction price. The How to Bid in an Auction page walks through it step by step.

Is there a fee to register?

Nope. Creating an account is free, and there are no subscriptions. Sign up, explore the auctions, and when you are ready to bid, pick up a Point Pack.

What happens when I win?

1. Celebrate.
2. Pay the final auction price, plus sales tax where it applies, within 14 days.
3. We ship the item to you for free, with tracking.

Do not need the item after all? You can usually exchange it for points instead of having it shipped.

Where do the products come from, and are they new?

We work with brands, retailers, and distributors to keep the selection fresh. You will find many of the same products sold in big box stores, plus unique finds from smaller makers. Everything is brand new and in its original packaging unless the listing clearly says otherwise, and yes, that includes vehicles.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. You only pay for the points you buy and the auctions you win.

All 50 US states and the following Canadian provinces and territories: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. Do you have any tips to help me win more auctions?

• Decide in advance how many points you are willing to spend, and book them as Booked Bids.
• If you do not win, use Buy It Now to get the item and every point back.

How can I get free points?

• Time as Highest Bidder: level up on the Time as Highest Bidder bar and collect free points at every level.
• Daily rewards: bid every day to unlock your daily reward.
• Promotions: leaderboards, challenges, coupons and seasonal promotions regularly hand out bonus points.
• Exchange: swap items you have won for points instead of having them shipped.
• Point Pack auctions: Point Packs are auctioned just like any other item.

When will my order ship?

As soon as possible, usually within 2 to 5 business days of your payment, depending on the supplier. Delivery then takes another 5 to 10 business days. Tracking appears in My Orders as soon as we receive it from the carrier.
