Frequently asked questions
How long do I stay in my tier?
Your status stays active until the end of the following calendar month. Tiers reset at the start of each new month.
How do I know my status?
We email you when you reach a new tier, and you can track your progress at any time on the Rewards page.
What are exclusive auctions?
Auctions open only to Royalty members in qualifying tiers. They are scheduled separately and are visible only to eligible members.
What are boosted daily rewards?
Higher tiers receive enhanced Daily Rewards, for example double the daily points or bonus entries, up to set limits.
What does a multiplier mean?
Monarch members get bonus multipliers on promotional features like Time as Highest Bidder, and keep a built-in multiplier even outside promotions.
What is the personal weekly offer?
Monarch members receive exclusive weekly offers by email. These may include free points, discounts, or special Buy It Now opportunities.
