Point Packs

Points are what you spend to bid. They come in bundles called Point Packs, and you need some in your account before you can join an auction.

What a Point Pack is

A Point Pack is a bundle of points you buy once and spend whenever you like. Every bid you place in an auction uses one point from your balance, whether you tap the button yourself or let Booked Bids do it for you.

Points stay in your account for 365 days from the day you receive them, so there is no rush to spend them.

Buying points

• The price per point changes with the offer of the day, so it pays to check the current price before you buy.
• You can pay with any major credit or debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay where available.

Keeping your balance topped up

You do not always have to buy more points. There are several ways to earn them:

• Buy It Now: if you do not win an auction, buy the item at its listed price and every point you spent in that auction comes back.
• Exchange: won something you do not need? Exchange it for points instead of having it shipped.
• Time as Highest Bidder: every second you spend as the highest bidder fills your progress bar, and each level you complete pays out free points.
• Point Pack auctions: Point Packs are auctioned just like any other item, often for far less than list price.
• Rewards and promotions: daily rewards, challenges, coupons and seasonal promotions regularly hand out free points.
